This Privacy Policy applies to the ElipticNet public website, Lite Network Tools, information about Ping Panel, and the Ping Panel Early Access notification signup. Ping Panel is an in-development product; Early Access is a notification list, not an account.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through public forms. Depending on the service, this can include your email address and the monitoring target you provide to a Lite Network Tool. If you join Ping Panel Early Access, we collect the email address submitted for that purpose.
We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Our hosting environment may generate technical server logs, such as request and error information, while operating and securing the service.
How we use information
- Provide the requested Lite Tool monitoring or notification service.
- Send activation and service emails where applicable.
- Manage the Ping Panel Early Access notification list.
- Understand aggregate website usage and improve the public service.
- Operate, secure and debug ElipticNet.
Sharing and service providers
ElipticNet does not sell submitted personal information. We may use service providers that are necessary to operate the service, including hosting infrastructure, email delivery infrastructure and Google Analytics. Those services may process limited information in connection with their own services.
Retention and requests
We retain submitted information for the relevant service purpose and reasonable operational or administrative needs. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy question, email support@elipticnet.com from the address concerned.

Analytics technologies may use browser storage or cookies as applicable to measure aggregate website use.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
