Service description
ElipticNet provides a public website, Lite Network Tools, information about the Ping Panel product, and a Ping Panel Early Access notification signup. Ping Panel is in development. Joining Early Access creates a notification-list entry, not a user account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the public services for illegal activity, abuse, disruption, unauthorized attacks, attempts to interfere with ElipticNet systems, or harmful automated load.
Monitoring responsibility
You are responsible for having appropriate permission to monitor any target you submit to a Lite Network Tool. Do not submit targets you are not authorized to monitor.
Availability and accuracy
Lite monitoring and notifications are convenience tools. They may not be continuously available, may not detect every outage, and may not deliver every notification. Domain-expiration data can be limited by WHOIS or RDAP availability and registry policies.
Ping Panel status
Ping Panel may change before release and may not yet be publicly downloadable. Product descriptions and features may evolve as development continues. ElipticNet does not promise a release date, license, or pricing model that has not been announced.
Intellectual property
ElipticNet branding, public-site content and ElipticNet software materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Third-party services and links
Third-party services, including services linked from ElipticNet, may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before using those services.
Disclaimers and limitation
Public services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, ElipticNet is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public services. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the public services evolve. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions can be sent to support@elipticnet.com.
